To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 hours may incur a 50% deposit fee, which will be applied to your next service. For appointments canceled within 48 hours or for 'no-call, no-show' appointments, a non-refundable deposit equal to the full service cost will be required for rescheduling.

For all color services, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards the total service cost.

Please note that a $50 non-refundable deposit is necessary to reserve your color service appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total service charge.

All extension services, including the Invisible Bead Extension method, are non-refundable.

We strive to accommodate our clients' schedules, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us achieve this. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, we will charge the full service fee, but we cannot guarantee that the entire service can be completed within the remaining time. If necessary, the remaining portion of the service may need to be rescheduled.
